Privacy Notice

Last updated: May 26, 2026. EFFEN.ai collects the information needed to operate Early Access: contact details, checkout/customer identifiers from Stripe, onboarding responses, license/download status, and support messages you send to us.

We use this information to process Early Access subscriptions, deliver private package access, issue and reissue licenses, verify entitlement status, send setup instructions, support onboarding, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Payments are processed by Stripe. EFFEN.ai does not store card numbers. Transactional email is sent from info@effen.ai through the configured WordPress/Hostinger mail path.

Onboarding answers may describe your repo, workspace, tooling, workflow pain, and what you want EFFEN.ai to remember. Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, or regulated data in onboarding forms.

EFFEN.ai is independent and is not created, endorsed, or sponsored by OpenAI. OpenAI and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI; compatibility references describe workflow style only.
