Last updated: May 26, 2026. EFFEN.ai Early Access is a paid subscription for a practical memory and workflow layer for AI coding sessions. Early Access includes private package access, license activation, onboarding support, and setup guidance while the product is still evolving.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the published checkout price. Access may depend on an active, trialing, or otherwise valid subscription status. Failed payments, cancellation, chargebacks, abuse, or license misuse may suspend package access and license activation.

The private package, license key, download links, onboarding emails, and setup materials are for the purchasing customer or team. Do not redistribute the private package, publish license keys, or share private download links.

EFFEN.ai is provided as Early Access software. Keep your own backups, review generated changes before applying them, and do not rely on EFFEN.ai as a substitute for source control, security review, legal review, or production change management.
